The CAL.1H š King Emerald is here along with the Nardo Grey and Banana Yellow finish. The King Emerald and others, feature for the first time ever a Multi-Stage Automotive-Grade paint finish on our Unibody 6000-Series machined Aluminium earcups.
With these new introductions of various finish options, the CAL.1H is the first Headphone in the industry to have such diverse Manufacturing finishes.
To further enhance the finish, a Ceramic-Coating option is available as well for the š King Emerald.Ā
The Cal.1H (pronounced "Caliber 1H") is not trying to break new grounds. It's an honest take on Electrodynamic transmission. The Cal.1H employs a 50mm driver with an infilled PET diaphragm. There is enough excursion to produce low-frequencies with ease and linearity without the unnecessary/overbearing side-effects.
The high-sensitivity of the drivers used in the CAL.1H is an advantage for ones who are wanting to correct the Frequency Response to their liking/compensations.
The build of the CAL.1H is primarily unibody Aluminium. The Headband is a mixture of Aluminium and Spring Steel with Delrin buffers which ensure clean action against the surfaces to avoid metal on metal fatigue.
Almost all parts of the CAL.1H are precision machined on CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.

1) King Emerald - Multi-stage Automotive paint with metallic sparkle and clear coat, Ceramic coating further enhances the finish and protects the paint. Due to the very labor intensive nature of this finish, we had to bump up the price by $50. (Earcups are cold to the touch)
2) Nardo Grey - Multi-stage Automotive paint with matte clear coat. A very iconic color, now available! (Earcups are cold to the touch)
3) Banana Yellow - Multi-stage Automotive paint with gloss clear coat. Now available! (Earcups are cold to the touch)
